About this role
Role Overview
- Assist with tracking and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Support the preparation of bank reconciliations;
- Organize and verify financial documents;
- Update spreadsheets and systems with financial information;
- Assist with issuing payment slips (boletos) and invoices (when applicable);
- Support the preparation of financial reports;
- Assist with client communication for sending or verifying information;
- Support the team with administrative and financial routines within the BPO.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate Excel.
- Basic knowledge of financial routines (a plus).
- Comfortable with systems and organizing data.
