Administer and monitor SAP on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Administration of databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, ASE, MaxDB (tablespaces, datafiles, indexes, statistics, schemas, reorganization, patches, backups, etc.).
Client administration (copy clients, delete clients, import and export);
User and profile administration;
Kernel upgrades/updates;
Printer administration;
Configuration and administration of TMS (Transport Management System);
Configuration of CUA (Central User Administration);
Searching OSS Notes, system registration, license generation, object registration, developer registrations;
Job administration;
Installation of additional languages;
Configuration of outbound email;
Installation and configuration of SAProuter and SAP Web Dispatcher;
Installation and configuration of SAP Cloud Connector;
System monitoring and performance analysis.

Support activities related to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), such as basic configuration, monitoring, and support;
Administration of SAP Cloud ALM;
Set up new SAP Cloud and on-premise environments;
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP infrastructure incidents;
Interact with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure environment stability;
Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems;
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Previous experience as a Mid-level SAP BASIS Analyst or equivalent role.
Knowledge of SAP BTP.
Experience with IT infrastructure, including physical servers and virtualized environments.
Knowledge of server operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix (or similar).
Knowledge of databases used with SAP: MS SQL Server, SAP HANA, ASE.
Experience or familiarity with cloud environments: AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to operate in production and critical environments.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields.
Cloud foundation certifications: AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP.
