Supporting development and engineering teams for DevOps issues, (covering areas like CICD pipelines, automation scripts, AWS infrastructure, and IaC for CloudFormation or Terraform)
Managing a support channel and work intake for the DevOps teams, and support other areas of Cloud Engineering as required.
Troubleshooting CICD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps to build and deploy.
Operating across various development environments while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Exploring ways to continually enrich our knowledge base with the latest troubleshooting insights and solutions.
Completing bug fixes and resolve technical and operational issues.
Working closely with other engineers on specifications for pipeline development.

Bachelor's Degree in IT related field
Demonstrate a proven track record in supporting and resolving issues for CI/CD pipelines.
Have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting resilient CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).
Have experience of DevOps/operational skills working in cloud environments.
Show knowledge and hands-on experience with containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Have experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex problems in a simple, concise manner
Have knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Golang, Bash/Shell/PowerShell.
Have knowledge of test-driven development and scripting using Python or similar languages within pipelines.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
