Collaborate on software projects (incident reporting system and Smart Rescue) to develop IT solutions for our fire department customers
Contribute to the design and implementation of backend services and interfaces
Operate and maintain systems, including monitoring
Technically evaluate customer requirements within projects
Define the technology roadmap as part of product development

Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or completed vocational training as an IT specialist with additional specialized training and several years of professional experience
Experience in backend or full‑stack development
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., CockroachDB)
Experience with the technology stack: Go, Kubernetes, Kafka, Python, AWS, PHP
Experience with Clean Code principles, SOLID, and agile working methods
German language skills at C2 level and confident technical/professional English skills
