Role Overview
- Creation of process documentation, training materials and delivery of training for end users and key users
- Support of SAP-integrated business processes in the areas of sales and shipping and ensuring their continuity
- Support for business departments in expanding SAP processes
- Active participation in SAP projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial or IT vocational training or degree
- Desirable: further training in business administration or (business) information technology
- Desirable: initial knowledge of procurement, production, materials management or sales processes
- Prior experience with SAP applications
- Conceptual and analytical thinking
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong team orientation and confident communication skills
- Independent and structured working style
