The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the paid digital media strategy for Journeys in the US and Canada.
Help execute paid social initiatives to achieve Journeys Group business objectives across a variety of social media: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to manage tasks and deadlines for paid social media campaigns.
Organize, maintain, and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
Communicate, collaborate and work cross-functionally with the necessary teams/individuals to fulfill paid social content deliverables.
Coordinate and test digital marketing awareness campaigns across emerging channels.
Work closely with the organic social team to help boost and amplify organic social content.
Work with our paid digital agency to assist with full-funnel, paid media efforts.
Work cross-functionally to support and execute product launches and key brand stories.
Coordinate with Retail team, Social Media team, and agency to recap all paid digital media efforts.
Requirements
Organized & detail-oriented
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Experience and knowledge of social media content management
Experience curating static assets and editing video assets
Understanding of social-native content and creative
Knowledgeable in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Asana
Clear understanding of youth and cultural marketing a plus
Knowledge of the Journeys Retail business is a plus
Preferred 4-year degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field
