Multimedia Automation Test Engineer – Automotive

Role Overview

• Developing and maintaining automated test systems for automotive multimedia platforms
• Creating and executing test scenarios for voice recognition, navigation, and online services using Python, CAPL, and CANoe
• Implementing machine learning algorithms and API service backends
• Designing and improving image and sound recognition functionality
• Collaborating with suppliers to identify software bugs, track resolution progress, and maintain documentation in tracking systems

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in test automation development, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong programming skills in Python (3.8+)
• Experience in speech/text processing, machine learning, and robotics frameworks
• Proficiency with test development methodologies including TDD, OOP, and API testing (unittest, backend, REST)
• Experience with automotive testing tools such as vTestStudio, CANoe, CAPL, and HILS setups
• Knowledge of automotive multimedia systems and related communication protocols
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
