Actively contribute to digitalization projects in logistics & shipping and optimize existing processes.
Identify automation opportunities and implement digital solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx or UiPath.
Plan, prioritize and execute work packages using structured project management methods.
Retrieve data via interfaces such as Snowflake, process the data and visualize it in Power BI.
Measure, analyze and document process times, e.g. for customs procedures.
Create and develop loading plans and coordinate them with internal and external stakeholders.
Design and maintain digital project solutions (SharePoint, Jira, Power Platform) and produce meaningful dashboards and management materials.
Requirements
Completed relevant vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of SAP, ideally in logistics/shipping, and experience in retrieving and processing data via Snowflake.
Practical experience with automation and analytics tools such as Alteryx (workflows, data preparation), SQL (simple to intermediate queries) and ideally UiPath.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including a basic understanding of data models, layouts and reports.
Structured, analytical and independent working style, strong willingness to learn and enthusiasm for process optimization.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
