Lead and oversee the company’s litigation and pre-litigation portfolio, including demand letters, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries
Set litigation strategy, supervise outside counsel performance, and manage litigation budgets
Advise executive leadership on exposure, risk mitigation, settlement strategy, and business impact
Oversee internal investigations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings as needed
Serve as senior legal advisor on a full range of employment matters
Partner closely with HR leadership to proactively identify and mitigate employment-related risk
Support development and implementation of employment policies and training
Support board and committee governance processes
Oversee subsidiary management, entity compliance, and assist with regulatory filings
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex commercial agreements
Advise business leaders on contract risk allocation and negotiation strategy
Provide cross-functional legal counsel to minimize enterprise risk and enable business growth
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar membership and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
6-10 years of legal experience, including exposure to litigation and employment counseling
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and supervise outside counsel effectively
Strong business judgment and ability to provide clear, risk-based advice to senior leaders
Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
