Mobile Device Management: You are responsible for administering our mobile device environment (iOS, Android, Zebra), including policy and app management using SOTI MobiControl.
Microsoft 365 Administration: You manage and administer our Microsoft 365 environment — from Exchange Online and SharePoint to Microsoft Teams — and handle security, compliance, user and licensing matters.
Windows Client & Server Administration: You administer our Windows clients and servers, including software deployment, patch management, monitoring, and fault analysis/troubleshooting.
Hardware and Software Management: You take care of procurement, installation and management of IT hardware and software, and ensure clear and up-to-date IT documentation.

You have completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or hold a comparable qualification.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows client/server environments, and mobile device management.
Ideally, you bring experience in mobile device management, preferably with SOTI MobiControl.
You are confident working with Windows server services (e.g., Active Directory).
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
