About this role
Role Overview
Respond to inquiries related to staffing and the internal referral program
Compile and submit referral bonus payroll information bi-weekly
Review and submit talent acquisition and corporate credit card expenses/invoices through internal invoice processing software
Schedule and coordinate various calendar events as needed
Assigning and maintaining sourcing licenses for the recruiting team
End of month data integrity review/reconciliation
Drafting requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System as requested
Performs various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
8 years prior HR or administrative experience
2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience in HR or administrative roles
1 year hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel with advanced experience formatting
Advanced experience using pivot tables and v-lookup formulas
