About this role
Role Overview
You handle a variety of administrative tasks — from file management to document preparation.
You serve as a point of contact for residents, family members and external service providers.
You coordinate appointments and meetings and assist with event planning.
You keep track of deadlines, contracts and document workflows.
You support billing as well as monthly and annual reporting.
You keep the administrative operations running reliably and in an organized manner, with an open ear for your team.
Requirements
You have completed commercial/administrative vocational training or hold an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare or social services sector.
You work independently, in an organized way and with a strong sense of responsibility.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with digital workflows.
You have a friendly demeanor, are a team player and communicate confidently with others.
