Develop and deliver group training sessions on mental health–related topics
Provide consultations on mental health–related claims through file reviews and discussions
Provide written responses to inquiries within standard timeframes
Promote the effective use of tools and interventions
Stay up to date on developments in mental health, complex claims management, tool usage, etc.
Partner with the Best Practices team and other internal stakeholders to provide feedback and expertise on the evaluation of new mental health–related tools and services
Requirements
Bilingualism (proficiency in French and English) is an asset
A postsecondary degree or certificate in psychology, social work, or a related field is required
At least three years of experience in a disability claims management role or in disability intervention services
Proven skills and a track record in resolving complex mental health–related claims
Demonstrated experience as an advisor or mentor on complex mental health claims
Strong analytical ability, good critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills, with experience and know-how to pursue innovative solutions
Comfortable with technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
