Deliver talent & people analytics projects: Design analytics for talent review and succession planning; analyze performance, potential, and readiness trends.
Track executive headcount and movement of high potentials and successors.
Own talent analytics datasets—clean, integrate, structure, and maintain data coming from multiple HR systems and sources.
Build and maintain succession dashboards for critical roles and track: ready now/ready later pipeline depth, internal fill rate.
Translate business growth plans into capability and headcount scenarios.
Develop and maintain appropriate HR/talent benchmarks from other relevant organizations providing an external lens of comparison.
Advance HR reporting, analytics, and insights capabilities and offerings: Build and evolve reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline talent reporting processes.
Assess data and technology needs and collaborate with partners to advance analytics maturity.
Drive consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data.
Develop executive-ready insights & presentations: Translate complex analysis into compelling, clear insights and narratives.
Create streamlined processes to transition talent data from SuccessFactors to Excel for use by the Global Talent team.
Build presentations highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Present insights to executive audiences with confidence and clarity.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in a related discipline – math, statistics, business/human resources, computer science, or a similar qualified technical discipline.
Certification and/or training in human resources, business analysis, project management, and/or Lean Six Sigma would be considered an asset.
Experience and subject matter expertise in HR, talent management, or workforce analytics.
Experience supporting executive-level talent reviews is preferred.
Bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only.
