You install, configure, and maintain our Linux server landscape (e.g., Rocky/RHEL) and ensure a high-performance, stable IT operation
You further develop hardening and security standards, identify risks early, and increase the resilience of our central systems
Using our tools, you analyze system states, derive actions, and ensure smooth operations
You actively contribute to architecture and infrastructure projects and drive improvements
You are comfortable working with English-language documentation and in an increasingly international environment
You work in a decentralized IT team of around 10 colleagues and benefit from close, collegial collaboration with short communication lines
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience in the Linux environment, ideally in operational IT operations or a comparable system engineering role
IT security is a central component for you in maintaining stable systems
You have a good understanding of secure architectures
Monitoring, server administration, and structured incident handling are part of your daily work
Knowledge of network structures or virtualization is a plus but not required
A structured, independent way of working, a high standard of quality, and confident English skills round off your profile.
