Over a 6-month program, you will train together with other prospective Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board trains
Theoretical modules covering the basics of local public transport (ÖPNV) & regional passenger rail (SPNV), railway operations, technical systems, fares and much more
Practical on-board training in our trains following the theoretical instruction
Requirements
You are of legal age, currently not employed, and looking for a position with prospects
Career changers from hospitality, hotel services, retail or similar backgrounds are welcome
Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
You are comfortable with shift work, including weekends and public holidays

27 days of annual leave, with the option to choose 33 or 39 days instead of full pay — with longer company tenure this can increase up to 42 days
