End-to-End Sourcing Execution: Ability to manage tactical sourcing events (RFQs, e-Auctions, Direct Awards)
Supplier Engagement: Strong communication and negotiation skills in Spanish, Portuguese and English
Spend & Category Alignment: Solid understanding of local market dynamics, inflation trends (e.g., IPCA)
Stakeholder Management: Coordination with Category Managers, Requestors, and team to ensure alignment with business needs
Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure correct documentation, compliance tracking, and timely updates in dashboards or TPH reports
Agility & Prioritization: Ability to balance multiple sourcing requests while meeting SLAs and ensuring process efficiency
Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager within the sourcing process, including support to global and regional initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
at least 2 years of progressive administrative experience demonstrating advanced administrative skills
Full professional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
Strong technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office technologies
working knowledge of SAP and Coupa is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective working relationships
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
