Requirements
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping world-class digital products
- Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision
- Accessibility Design skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design
- Certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
