About this role
Role Overview
Create operational processes to ensure end-to-end reporting is identical across various reporting systems, including CRM, ERP and Anaplan
Be the sales comp systems expert by defining requirements for system enhancements
Perform ad-hoc data analysis using various tools such as SQL queries
Partner with key stakeholders across multiple organizations including Sales Finance and Sales Operations
Serve as project SME and offer training/support to overall Sales organization as needed
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
6-10 years’ experience in Global Compensation, data analysis, product delivery management
Expert with CRMs, ERPs, and Anaplan
Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles and ad hoc financial analysis
Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated to achieve results without requiring constant follow-up
Ability to reorder priorities on short-notice and adapt to changing requirements
