Requirements
15+ years of experience creating and leading impactful, comprehensive social and digital campaigns that integrate paid, owned, influencer, and content strategies
Strong agency and pharmaceutical marketing experience required
Deep expertise in paid and organic social media strategy across platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, SERMO, Figure1, and other emerging channels
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop programs that are unique, relevant, creative, measurable, and commercially impactful
Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows, including the design and management of AI agents that enhance social execution and performance
Proven ability to partner with account, strategy, creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure social remains an indispensable and revenue-driving part of the business.
