Administer and maintain common QA tools such as TestRail and Postman tools for the QA team.
Manage user access, permissions, and configurations for TestRail and Postman.
Implement and support test-data integrations to streamline QA workflows.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps teams to define requirements and optimize tool usage.
Monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Ensure regular backups, upgrades, and plugin management for all QA tools.
Develop and maintain documentation for tool usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Drive continuous improvement in QA tool processes and integrations.
Manage licenses, upgrades, and performance.
Support QA teams with tooling best practices.
Ensure security and access governance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

7 years of experience with QA and test tools
Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes
Experience integrating QA tools with DevOps pipelines
Experience with test-data management and tool integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
