Procurement of machines, accessories, cleaning agents and spare parts
Inventory control and monitoring of stock levels
Monitoring delivery schedules from the factory and proactively communicating in case of delays
Planning shipments to our customers in coordination with service providers
Monitoring and managing delivery processes
Responsible for logistics processes (quality assurance)
Planning inventory procedures for all warehouses, executing them in the system and evaluating the results
Monitoring interfaces with service providers
Recording planned figures and maintaining the planning system (Kinexis) (as deputy)
Maintaining item master data (as deputy)
Requirements
Vocational training in business or logistics, plus a completed higher qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics
At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role within an industrial environment in Supply Chain Management
Excellent knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA – Key User in MM, and strong skills in MS Office and Google Workspace
High initiative, analytical mindset and a hands-on approach
Fluent German and good English; French is advantageous
