Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience
• expertise in organizational design for technical teams
• proven success advising executive leadership
• strong track record in workforce planning and succession strategy
• deep knowledge of employment law and risk mitigation
• exceptional business acumen
