About this role
Role Overview
Lead a specialised team of Senior Strategic CSMs
Bridge the gap between customers' business priorities and practical application of our platform
Oversee onboarding and implementation phase for new enterprise partnerships
Manage senior individual contributors and identifying skill gaps
Develop direct relationships with Global CTOs and CHROs
Own the segment risk process
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
Significant experience leading teams in the Large Enterprise/Global space across EMEA
A deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, particularly in areas like Cloud, AI, or Software Development
Proven experience with consultative frameworks (e.g., Organisational Change Management, Value Realisation, or Strategic Account Planning)
Expert-level proficiency in leveraging BI tools and CRM/CSM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight) to manage a global book of business
