About this role
Role Overview
Manage user access and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors
Support audits and compliance with governance standards
Track and report on HRIS support tickets
Design and manage RBP structures across SuccessFactors modules
Conduct regular RBP audits and risk assessments
Strengthen change management processes
Maintain detailed documentation for RBP structures and workflows
Coordinate SuccessFactors releases and upgrades
Troubleshoot performance or access-related issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role
Consulting experience is a plus
Strong understanding of core HR processes and system design
Extensive hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors particularly)
Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Comfortable partnering with Compliance teams, InfoSec, and business stakeholders
Experience with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC
SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a plus
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating across global teams
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
