Maintain an active and full schedule of sponsorship prospect meetings focused on selling the full range of Fan Foundry Youth Partnership marketing and partnership opportunities across youth sports, camps, music, and swim education platforms.
Cultivate new corporate marketing partner relationships to drive sustainable sponsor revenue growth.
Develop dynamic sales presentations and proposals for prospective marketing partners by incorporating research, category insights, and a deep understanding of each partner’s marketing and advertising goals.
Negotiate and finalize marketing partnership agreements in alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
Oversee and ensure the successful activation of all marketing partner programs in collaboration with members of the Wasserman and Fan Foundry leadership teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Established network of corporate and agency contacts within the local or regional market.
Proven success in developing innovative sales campaigns and consistently closing new business.
Strong background in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, media, or promotional partnerships.
Must be available to travel locally and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
