Insurance Customer Advisor

Role Overview

• Manage client interactions by phone and email
• Handle client requests and needs
• Independently manage client files
• Grow client portfolios through commercial activities
• Manage and follow up on claims
• Actively participate in agency life and team activities

Requirements

• Minimum of four years’ significant professional experience in an insurance environment
• Commercial aptitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products would be an advantage
