About this role
Role Overview
- Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, and by email
- Assess clients' needs: research and identify their expectations
- Manage client files independently
- Develop client portfolios through proactive sales and business development activities
- Actively participate in branch activities
- Handle client claims: from notification through to ongoing support and file follow-up
Requirements
- Minimum two-year postsecondary diploma (Bac +2) or equivalent (e.g., BTS Insurance, NRC, MCO)
- 3 to 5 years' proven experience in the insurance sector
- Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using digital tools
- Good computer skills
