Provide counsel for managers and supervisors on employee or labor relations issues
Conduct compensation analysis as needed
Identify future resourcing needs and build succession plans
Support recruiting process for most senior/critical positions
Manage talent review process, performance management, and employee development programs
Support training initiatives and conduct monthly training sessions
Liaise and develop relationships with organizational counterparts
Compile and analyze people data to enhance awareness and drive decision making
Partner with Director of People Partnering and Centers of Excellence in execution of HR services

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Professional HR Certification desired
Ability to travel once per month, or as business necessitates
Advanced Microsoft Office application, i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
Strong business acumen
Exhibits excellent negotiating and influencing skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Savvy at building partnerships at all levels of the organization
Must be viewed as a trusted advisor to the business
Possess a high EQ
Demonstrate confidence in coaching and influencing senior management
Strong understanding of financial implications and risks associated with talent decisions
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly matrix environment
Analytical, strong project management skills preferred
Self-starter, able to work independently, takes ownership.
