Provide high-level administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings
Manage and maintain accurate diaries, contact lists, rosters, and internal/external communications
Prepare agendas, record and distribute minutes, and coordinate reports and performance data
Maintain departmental systems, procedures, website content, and office supplies
Coordinate onboarding for new staff and students, and monitor mandatory training compliance
Collate and issue the Annual Report, while supporting staff wellbeing and undertaking other duties as required
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or higher in Secretarial/Business Studies) or substantial equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to multiple managers in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage confidential information discreetly
