Provision of company secretarial assistance to the Life Assurance Board
Support the operations of other UK boards, board committees and management committees
Reviewing and managing constitutional documentation, preparing agendas, meeting packs, minutes, action lists and ensuring papers prepared by the function and from the wider business are of high quality and adhere to in house principles
Managing statutory filings on behalf of UK companies, including confirmation statements, financial statements, and changes of registered office address
Leading on annual processes to support the operations of the team and wider business
Identification, assessment and leading implementation of regulatory and legislative changes, as well as those relating to Group Governance arrangements
Ensuring best practice corporate governance principles are implemented in all day to day activities
Supporting the team’s delivery of Corporate Governance projects
Identifying ways to improve efficiency and effective delivery of the department’s responsibilities through implementing key infrastructure to support the team and the wider business
Supporting the teams management and oversight of the use of Board Intelligence by the wider business
