Primary point of contact for our software solution INVENT Xpert
Support customers with technical and domain expertise
Advise existing customers on sample inventory (cycle counting)
Support sales through consulting expertise in the presales phase
Conduct trainings and workshops for new and existing customers
Take responsibility for smaller projects with SAP EWM relevance
Actively contribute to the further development and quality assurance of the software solutions

At least two years of professional experience in project management, technical consulting, or an IT-related environment
Experience independently leading projects and advising customers
Experience with SAP EWM and solid knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Consulting on standard software and extensions – from workshops to solution development
Team player with clear communication skills
Willingness to provide support outside regular working hours
Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1), both written and spoken
