Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and simplification
Experiment with large language models and AI tools to automate reporting, data processing and workflows
Design, prototype and iterate GenAI powered solutions to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Contribute to Zurich’s digital transformation and sustainability initiatives

Enrolment in a University or institute of higher education for the duration of the position is mandatory
Hands-on experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) through projects, coursework or self driven learning
A proactive, experimental mindset and willingness to learn new AI tools quickly
Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and process analysis skills
Experience with or interest in process mapping and optimization tools is a plus
Skilled with MS Office applications; familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate
Fluent written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in German is beneficial
