Execute well-defined tasks within the Seller Journey , with a specific focus on seller experience improvement projects and growth-oriented initiatives.
Maintain and update team reporting frameworks to track project health and key seller performance metrics.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders (Smart!, Pricing, Ads teams) to facilitate information exchange and ensure operational alignment.
Organize and maintain critical project assets, including meeting minutes, roadmaps, progress reports, and action logs, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Actively contribute to project plans, timelines, and resource allocation by providing data-driven insights and participating in planning sessions.
Monitor progress and proactively report potential bottlenecks, risks, or deviations from the plan to the Project Manager or Team Lead.
Execute tasks in accordance with established project management methodologies, tools, and organizational quality standards.
Requirements
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in project support and business processes, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sector (experience in sales or sales support teams is a plus).
Are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or MS Office (Excel).
Speak Polish at a C1 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
Possess strong analytical skills , high attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Are a creative problem-solver with a high level of learning agility and excellent communication skills.
Are well-organized, able to work effectively under time pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
