Cultivate relationships and negotiate hospital and physician agreements
Gather and synthesize local market intelligence for strategic positioning
Support financial pro forma development for joint ventures and strategic partnerships
Build strong cross-functional relationships to advance deal execution
Mentor team members to align on growth objectives and execution discipline.
Requirements
Strategic partnerships sourcing, structuring, and execution experience
Strong financial acumen and relationship leadership skills
Experience with medical director agreements, joint ventures, and high-impact partnerships
Ability to cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with nephrologists and hospital leaders
Knowledge of competitive landscape, health systems, and post-acute providers
Business case analysis skills for assessing risk and strategic fit
Experience in building cross-functional relationships with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Clinical teams
Mentoring experience with Senior Business Development Managers and new Regional Operations Directors.
