Act as the main point of contact for CardConnect agents to aid with sales, solutioning, onboarding, activation, support and escalations for Integrations through the Agent partner channel.
Drive partner growth to targets through Integrated Solutions and Partnership conversation to complete execution and maintain ongoing relationship.
Facilitate questions and issues on behalf of agent partners and integrated partners.
Provide unparalleled white glove experience for our agent relationship and integrated partners.
Maintain reporting and executing internal audits as needed.
Requirements
High school graduate/GED
5 years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.
Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.
