Role Overview
- Daily travel to New Jersey and New York Metro area
- Troubleshoots, services, installs, and repairs inspection equipment
- Completes all scheduled maintenance
- Maintains an accurate inventory of parts and tools
- Conducts follow-up calls with customers for satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training
- Minimum of 3 years experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Computer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift/carry 80 lbs.
- Must have Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access and vetting via the TSA.
