Field Service Technician II

Role Overview

• Daily travel to New Jersey and New York Metro area
• Troubleshoots, services, installs, and repairs inspection equipment
• Completes all scheduled maintenance
• Maintains an accurate inventory of parts and tools
• Conducts follow-up calls with customers for satisfaction
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training
• Minimum of 3 years experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems
• Computer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift/carry 80 lbs.
• Must have Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access and vetting via the TSA.
