Strategic and operational revenue and cost controlling
Preparation of and participation in monthly and annual financial statements and financial planning
Preparation for and participation in budget negotiations
Preparation of profitability analyses, business management reports and investment appraisals
Monthly reporting to stakeholders (department heads, chief physicians, etc.)
Optimization of business processes

Completed degree or relevant vocational training with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting and initial professional experience in controlling
Strong willingness to learn and interest in familiarizing yourself with healthcare-specific topics (prior knowledge is an advantage but not required)
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team; mutual support is a matter of course for you
Very precise and structured way of working with a high standard for attention to detail and data quality
Strong service orientation and understanding of the role of controlling as an internal partner for departments and management
Very good written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)

Permanent employment contract with above-average pay according to AVR DWBO, pay groups 8–10 (€3,885 – €5,599/month at full-time)
