Participate in collecting the information and materials required to implement projects.
Track projects of various scopes (replenishments, decorative items, POS displays) from project opening to file closure.
Prepare and inspect prototypes in coordination with project managers.
Set up and update tracking tools (project schedules/backward planning, price sheets, margin calculations).
Prepare and enter client quotes (under the supervision of the Director or Project Managers).
Manage purchasing and supplier orders.
Place and verify purchase orders and ensure data entry in SAGE.
Monitor the proper execution of deliveries and replenishments, in coordination with the Logistics department.
Update customer and supplier databases in the ERP, under the oversight of the administrative and accounting department.
Contribute to document management: creation of product labels or barcodes, preparation of packing lists, and preparation of delivery notes.
Handle customer and supplier credit note requests under supervision.
Update product bibles and presentation materials.
Prepare materials needed for client meetings (presentation materials, prototypes, showroom).
Assist with the organization and maintenance of workspaces (cleaning, tidying, coordination).
Ensure compliance with the Group’s environmental and social commitments (ISO 14001, FSC, Eco Popai, Imprim’Vert, Global Compact).
Support the promotion of eco-design to clients and partners.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s-level degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent) in engineering, production/industrial management, business school, project management, or administration.
Curious, proactive, hands-on and comfortable with a variety of tasks.
Combine rigor, autonomy, organization, analytical thinking and team spirit.
Very good level of English (frequent email exchanges).
Dynamic, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of the Sage ERP is a plus.
