Role Overview
- Tracking arrivals of newly purchased vehicles
- Recording customers' vehicle orders, invoicing and monitoring payments
- Monitoring deliveries in coordination with customers and the distribution network or external service providers
Requirements
- Dynamic and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable with IT environments: Windows, Microsoft Office, digital platforms (DMS, ANTS, CRM...)
- Proactive and able to propose solutions to meet collective and individual objectives
- Comfortable with remote interactions and using digital tools
