Coordinate with national and international partners to maintain technical and strategic consensus throughout the process
Lead training for data collection teams, coordinate the implementation of field data collection, and ensure adherence to methodological and quality standards
Supervise data analysis and contribute to the interpretation of results
Oversee presentations, the dissemination of outputs, and coordination with humanitarian partners
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a humanitarian context
Strong experience in designing quantitative and qualitative research
Good understanding of the aid system and the research community
Demonstrated staff management skills are desirable, including remote management
Prior experience in the region or providing regional support is desirable
Excellent communication and writing skills for effective reporting and review
Ability to work in an intercultural environment requiring flexibility and autonomy
Strong academic qualifications, including a master's degree in a relevant discipline
Proven knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of R, SPSS and/or STATA or other statistical analysis software is an asset
Fluency in French is required; knowledge of Hausa or another locally spoken language is an asset
