Key player in leading the retention SWARM process

Recruit, develop, and engage team members
Identify capability and/or capacity gaps and work with partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to find solutions
Provide opportunities for employees to learn new skills and take on new challenges and provide guidance and support along the way
Provide regular and constructive feedback to help employees improve their performance and achieve goals

Identify opportunities to expand our service offerings to current clients and prospects
Implement operational strategies and initiatives as directed by the Director of Operations, Employee Benefits to drive efficiency and scalability
Oversee day-to-day workflow improvements, process optimizations, and standard operating procedures to enhance service quality
Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure alignment with client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Support process optimization, automation, and streamlining, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
Ensuring utilization of technology and automation to improve operational effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives
Work in connection with the Growth and Placement leaders to ensure connectivity on our approach to retention, growth and placement efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred
Must currently hold an active life & health license
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries
Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred
Proven experience in managing teams, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence
Proven record of driving operational excellence and efficiency in service of dynamic client experiences
Experience supporting business development lifecycle
Self-motivating and has the ability to motivate others to achieve and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent business and people decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
Model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines, and aggressive financial commitments
Excellent leadership and coaching ability
