Role Overview
- Responsible for 27 employees, including conducting feedback and development discussions
- Creating staff schedules and ensuring optimal staffing levels in the residential unit
- Caring for 32 residents and working closely with relatives, physicians and external service providers
- Further developing the holistic care concept and ensuring high standards of care quality
- Participating in activating care as well as careful care planning and digital care documentation (DAN)
- Monthly review of care needs and support during Medical Service (MD) inspections
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse, registered nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification as a residential unit manager
- Experience in nursing and initial leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- IT skills
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken, at least B2 level
