Drive the partner & program strategy and develop a roadmap to build the further program beyond the current business model contract terms.
Achieve sales production and revenue targets for partner carriers of the program.
Lead a cross functional business team and collaborate with internal and external partners to manage the program.
Work with the cross functional team to manage dashboard of business, marketing and financial metrics; monitor metrics to identify issues and opportunities; adjust business plans to meet objectives.
Develop and oversee execution of channel strategy for program.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to assess business risk, manage and execute strategy
Excellent communication skills with strong presentation, public speaking and collaboration/influencing skills
Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, time management and decision making skills
