Role Overview
- Monitor multiple systems to identify issues, alerts, and outages.
- Coordinate with operations teams to facilitate timely response and resolution of system incidents.
- Manage and assess the impact of outages and downtime, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Align system activities and improvements with ongoing claim modernization initiatives.
- Organize and prioritize defects, collaborating with teams to drive system enhancements.
- Maintain oversight of system health, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices.
- Document and communicate system status, outage impact, and improvement plans.
Requirements
- Typically 10 or more years of related experience
- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Master's degree preferred
