Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Spanish corporate market.
Engage with key stakeholders such as HR Directors, L&D Managers, and Talent teams.
Manage the sales cycle from qualified opportunity to contract signature.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and business challenges.
Translate customer requirements into tailored value propositions in collaboration with Pre-Sales.
Prepare proposals and support negotiation processes.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecast in the CRM.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and a strong customer experience.
Contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets.
Requirements
4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or complex solutions with a strong technology component ( Integrators of Technology, LMS systems, ERP, HCMs, CRMs, Customized Technology development, etc)
Demonstrated experience managing sales processes with mid-sized corporate clients.
Proven experience selling into and managing accounts within the Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Headlthcare & life sciences, or transportation and Logistics verticals.
Good understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Organized and structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
English level B2-C1 (professional working proficiency).
Results-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Nice to have: Experience selling learning solutions, HR tech, LMS, or digital platforms.
Knowledge of the Spanish corporate ecosystem.
Interest in education, digital transformation, and lifelong learning.
