Develops and oversees regulatory approval process for group health insurance products
Collaborate with multiple functional business areas in drafting new product language
Prepare and submit form filings and communicate with regulators
Evaluate insurance, HMO, and self-funded benefit contracts

Requires a BA/BS in a related field
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Understanding of fully insured and self-funded health insurance funding arrangements
Health insurance provider networks knowledge
Familiarity with state and federal laws/regulations impacting health insurance products
Experience with health insurance policy form filing regulatory process
Negotiation experience with regulatory staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with AI tools related to health insurance policy forms
