Build relationships with potential new clients to understand their specific needs and desires, and defining tailored solution approaches
Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, managing various stakeholders including User Buyers, Technical Buyers, Economic Buyers, and CX teams
Negotiate and close contracts with new customers to drive business growth
Promote cross-departmental collaboration by working closely with Customer Experience, Development, and Legal to ensure internal alignment and project success
Requirements
5+ years experience within the football industry or 10+ years in other sports, sports-ticketing
A successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration or a related field
A strong affinity for the sports event industry, preferably with professional experience in this segment
Proven track record in end-to-end sales of complex, high-touch products, ideally within the B2B software (SaaS) sector
Strong customer orientation paired with exceptional problem-solving skills
High levels of enthusiasm and excellent communication skills
