Analyze and organize course content, ensuring materials are current and relevant.
Uses consultative skills to commit projects and conduct needs analysis with clients to determine applicable learning solution.
Design and develop targeted learning solutions based on audience needs.
Select and sequence appropriate learning activities and media to achieve objectives.
Validate and incorporate input from subject matter experts and operational partners.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using performance data and business metrics.
Prepare facilitator resources and/or lead train-the-trainer sessions for successful implementation.
Provide ongoing support to trainers and subject matter experts.
Communicate timelines and progress to stakeholders.
Address curriculum and content feedback to continuously improve training programs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing curriculum content, eLearning programs and virtual learning solutions
Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline/Rise, Photoshop, Audition, and/or Camtasia
Prior experience working in a consumer centric company supporting the learning function or related function
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong knowledge of eLearning standards and Adult Learning Theory
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Flexibility navigating change in a fast-paced environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
